The Future of Teaching and Learning in Culinary Education


TL123 is designed to help students acquire and utilise deep skills through innovation and digital capabilities. It allows students to have more practice and the experience to lead peers. 


There are 3 segments of teaching & learning components with minimum time allocated.

TL1 DIGICHEF


At least an hour of eLearning for students to build their theoretical knowledge.

TL2 MASTERCHEF


2 hour lessons where students will learn the crafts of many Master Chefs from our extensive network.

TL3 PEERCHEF


3 hours of peer learning that will improve critical thinking, teamwork and develop leadership skills.

TERM 2&3

Consists of 1-week classroom learning (study) and 2-week (work) rotation for a period of 6 months.

TERM 4

Comprises full-day classroom learning and hands-on practicum in At-Sunrice for 3 months.

Consists of a 6-month Singapore Industrial Attachment (SIA) or Overseas Industrial Attachment (OIA). International students may choose to do their industrial attachment in their home country via Own Country Industrial Attachment (OCIA).

At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy provides our students with a seamless progression towards a diploma-degree pathway.


Pursue your global degree in half the time. With your At-Sunrice Diploma, you only need to spend 18 months in the UK or 24 months in the US to get a Degree.
